With a wealth of experience in warehousing and operations, Brodie brings a mix of precision and strategy to the Buro team. He got his start at Marks and Spencer back in 1997, where he quickly made his mark by breaking the record for picking 10,000 cube in a single week—a record that still stands today.

Brodie’s first role in New Zealand warehousing was at Citta Design, starting with five containers a year. By the time he left, the business had grown to a $15 million operation processing up to 150 containers, with Brodie advancing to Warehouse Manager. He then moved to Humes, a Fletcher Building company, mastering water main fittings and nationwide logistics. At Seamless Solutions, he navigated cross-docking for Air New Zealand and Flybuys Rewards, honing his expertise in efficient stock management.

Since joining Buro, Brodie has worn many hats, moving from Procurement, Warehouse Manager to Operations Manager. He’s built a reputation for streamlining processes, anticipating needs, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

Off the clock, Brodie is just as active. A former professional cricket player in England, he now coaches his son’s Colts cricket team and loves being involved in his two kids’ lives.
