Zespri’s Mount Maunganui office offers a range of work environments for different ways of working, from collaboration to focused work.
The three-level office next to Zespri’s former headquarters in Mount Maunganui can accommodate 340 staff.
The building was design by architects, Warren & Mahoney and the interior fit-out was executed by Vidak.
The fit-out features 190 Buro Mentor chairs and 80 Buro Diablo chairs (with charcoal fabric mesh and black frames) were placed into activity-based work zones.
Sustainability is one of our major priorities at Zespri and it was important our new building reflected this. Visitors to the new building will notice a range of features like our smart exterior facades which help reduce the need for temperature control, our energy efficient occupant sensor lighting and solar panels on the roof, rainwater collection technology and water-efficient plumbing fittings.
