Meet Jacqui Perrett, the ultimate people person. Her career has taken her through FMCG and healthcare, but no matter the industry, one thing is clear: Jacqui knows how to connect with people. She’s the kind of person that teams love to rally around, with a knack for building a great workplace culture and looking after customers like they’re part of the family. With her natural ability to connect and build relationships, it’s no surprise that Jacqui has been headhunted for almost every role she’s ever had.

Outside of work, Jacqui’s all about giving back and spending time with those she loves—especially Ella, her 6-year-old British Bulldog, who she calls the best investment she’s ever made. Jacqui’s also a dedicated volunteer with IHC NZ, where she’s a friend and support to Jackie, a lovely lady with Williams syndrome. It’s her way of staying grounded and focusing on the positives in life.

Jacqui’s favourite quotes say it all: “I look small, but I think big!” and “Dynamite comes in small packages.” They’re fitting for someone who used to be a coxswain for the Auckland Rowing Club—small but mighty, leading the team with energy and precision.
