Great cushion and adjustment options. It’s a little high for someone whos 162cm tall but otherwise great.

Solid chair, but has limited lumbar support areas across only five heights. Unit received has creaking materials when used non-strenuously, and begins to show a noticeable tilt after 7 months of use. Unclear whether these issues are able to be self-remedied or not.

Fairly happy with the chair except if I shift my weight towards the edge of the seat, the seat tilts forward. Then I have to release the appropriate lever and reset the level of the seat.

The chair is good, but the plastic cover for the back is a bit fiddly to put on, and I am wondering if it can ever be taken out once it is fixed.

Not suitable for average height or shorter. I’m 172cm and the chair cannot quite go low enough for comfortable ergonomic seated position. Additionally, I consider the seat and back are too far apart. Maybe I accidentally bought a chair for tall/large people?

The whole process was very good, delivery OK and the product itself is fine. Good quality.

We found the instructions were hard to follow and had to get a younger person to help us fit the plate at the back and the small screw which still had to be put in. We are 71 and grew up with things arriving whole! If a chair arrives in pieces the instructions should at least be clear, written out and numbered. Rather disappointing and time-consuming.
